DescriptionThe award is mine but I can’t see anyone worthwhile disagreeing with it! This is the finest fantasy female painting I have seen, either from the excellent artists in the Ukraine or, indeed, anywhere else, and I can hardly believe my winning bid for her at auction. In both composition and execution she is by far the best I have seen from Dolzhikova and both the airbrushing and highly developed pencil work are oustanding. I have no idea how or from where she originated but if anyone else wishes to acquire her I guarantee I will split the payment 50:50 with the artist as a result of my complete admiration for what she has done here at a time when her country is under daily attack from those mothers in the Kremlin.Social/Sharing |
