The art style of the flagship title had been set by Joe Mad, Bachalo, Cruz, etc. for the 90's. No wonder this short run by Mel Rubi has the look of those greats. He keeps up the pacing and tension with splashy panels, crosshatch grittiness, and slick cutting edge tech designs.

This was a fun era, right on the verge of where I had to pause for a while when collecting and reading. Cheers to this nostalgic find.
