I get that same reaction from my wife all the time too!
Ink job is well thought out and allows lighting to come through the roof and windows to define our characters. It works as a frontispiece, but would work just as well as a cover.
I don't like horror. But I like this. Nice get buddy.
Creepy good stuff! I like the grittier kind of line work, as well as the lighting effect, including in the background. Congrats!
