Description
This wonderful surprise of a drawing arrived from Belgium just yesterday. I had chatted with Al about the possibility of a Popeye drawing to add to the collection, but he has experienced some vision issues, so it didn't seem to be in the cards. Al's kindness and generosity knows no bounds, and I am so thankful to him.
