The Emperor's New Groove - Character Development Painting

Finding original art for the Emperor's New Groove is very difficult as the movie was not made with hand painted cels, it had moved to digital by this time.

Early development of the movie, initially called Kingdom of the Sun, was leaning towards a much darker and more serious movie. If you've seen the movie, you know that changed significantly, with a very comedy leaning story.

This early character design painting is possibly the villain (who would eventually become Yzma) or possibly even main character designs?
