DescriptionI bought this page directly from Mignola, at a weird little convention at Toronto's former 'Concert Hall' at Yonge/Davenport; sometime around 1988? I can recall that Art Adams was a Guest too.. But that I couldn't afford any of his artwork, at the time! hahThis is one of the first 'Original Art' purchases, I'd ever made.. And seeing as the book's editor: Mike Carlin, was sitting right next to Mike at the time.. I got him to add his "signature" to the page, also. Social/Sharing |

I was there as a little kid...Maybe to young to be aware of everything but i do remember the guests who appear there (by the way it was my favourite convention).The guests were if you can believe it...Yes Mignola,Arthur Adams also Dave Sim & Gerard,George Perez,Ty Templeton and more but can't remember(there was also an auction on Perez's Wonderwoman cover...Can't remember the issue).This is a great page done by two of the best in the comic world.Thanks for sharing.
