Description

Picked this up sometime in 2024 (maybe late 2023), as I've read part of Maple Terrace. Liking it and seeking an example of Noah's work (All of Maple Terrace was done in a single sketchbook), this unpublished illustration fit the bill.

Months later, when the hardcover collection was announced, it was a pleasant surprise to see this had been chosen as the cover image.

Many people seem to have these dumb luck stories in the hobby, so now I have one too.

Thanks to Sean at Athenaeum for facilitating the purchase. He's been great to work with on multiple occasions.

this kid's mom allows him to read Spawn but the trade off is he's gotta do his own laundry!? seems like a fair deal. fun cover Dan!

Such a great book from Noah, and an excellent cover for the collection. Glad it found a good home!
