DescriptionThis was a bit of a weird purchase for me. I saw this cover come up in one of my search feeds. I looked at it and then blew it off because if I'm being honest, Marauders volume 2 kind of sucked. The first series was great with the friendly rivalry between Kate Pryde and Emma Frost. This series had none of that.So then a day later a friend of mine texts me about this piece, to make sure I saw it. Yes, i saw it, but I'm not getting it. But I still had to look at again. And that was a mistake. It kept growing on me. I really like Carlos's clean line work and omg, there's enough characters crammed onto this piece that if this was on Dueling Dealers you know one of them would spring a contest onto Bill to guess how many apes are on it! So a few days later I caved in and bought it and I'm glad I did. The comic may not be very good, but I really love this cover. Social/Sharing |

Killer mash up that brings swashbuckling Kate with swashbuckling apes! It challenges Gomez to get everything cool about both into the cover.
