It was a great run with the anime look done in the US, complete with the darker cyberpunk tones and mood where the environment was just as important as a character.

Sometimes an artist's signature doesn't always come through in assembly-style animation, but that was never the case with Peter Chung. His work was always immediately recognizable.
I've easily watched those Aeon Flux episodes 100 times. Great series.
