DescriptionI picked this up at Half Price Books for nine dollars a couple years ago. The outside is a little worn, but clearly this was a steal. I had not realized this was a limited edition signed copy. The book plate “sticks” to the inside leaf page when you open it. I just discovered it a few weeks back when rereading this in honor of Jim’s passing. What an amazing artist.Limited edition copy numbered (217/1000) and signed by Jim Silke. Spicy Saunders is a teen-age bombshell with lots of attitude and very little clothing! She's teamed with a pair of over-the-hill Soldiers of Fortune to fulfil a deathbed vow to her father to find the mysterious River of the Arrow. To do that, they must overcome acts of angry gods, animal magnetism, and men and women of bad intentions! Combining rocket ships and ray guns with the savage passions of the Malay Jungle of 1932. He tosses in a gorgeous pinup on almost every page. Collecting issues 1-3 of the sizzling hit series. This limited edition copy is numbered (217/1000) and signed by Jim Silke.
