Looks like a reference to Lady Gaga's debilitating fibromyalgia diagnosis at being overstressed being in the public eye for so long.

Interesting piece. I guess the prelim implies Gaga was wearing the Pink shirt as a fan of a fellow female superstar artist, but having Gaga on the shirt in the final makes it more obvious what the piece is about.
