Dampyr #069-70 (2006) page 96 and 98: Cornered

Harlan is alone on the yacht with the killer Erwin Rogers. Tesla is nowhere to be seen, having jumped into the water after getting set afire.

(Erwin shoots Harlan in the right forearm. Harlan drops his gun.) “Ah!”

“Welcome aboard, Dampyr! Soon we will both be fish food, but at least I will have the consolation of having eliminated you, as I did your vampire lady friend! The Master will be grateful to me!”

“Who are you? Why do you work for the Condor?”

“My name is Erwin Rogers. But other than that, your curiosity will remain unsatisfied, Harlan Draka. Your time on this earth is up.”

(Tesla climbs from the water, badly burned.) “Wrong, Erwin. The fish found me indigestible!”

(Erwin shoots at Harlan) “You're going down, Dampyr! Ah!” (Tesla interposes herself)

“Tesla…”

“Get out of here!”

The boat explodes as Tesla grabs both Harlan and Erwin and jumps into the bay. Thus ends this issue! The story continues on, though…
