Description

"...You are now to be known as T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agent code name...LIGHTNING!"

Historic very 1st app of Lightning. This is the First time that the leader of the Thunder Agents (Guy Gilbert) puts on the Lightning suit.

When Guy wears the suit, he has super speed...but, it also ages him at an accelerated rate.

Love the presentation of the new character in the bottom panel.

Not only is the last panel great for the obvious reason, but even the inking is much better in that panel!

In the last panel, I like the pipe and then the shadow with the pipe that completely misses Lightning. Great superhero reveal.
