8.5x12" 90 lb. watercolor paper, watercolor dyes, paint and color pencils. Shawn Martinbrough's line art transferred on to heavy smooth hot press paper that Milestone Color Editor and artist, Noelle Giddings, hand-painted as the original camera ready art for print of the comic book cover. Static #38 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint August 1996. Cover shows the sinister Botanist attacking Static who is saving a girl named Sharon. Title and artist names written on back of artboard. Light edge wear, but in Exc. condition.
