Stargirl, Hourman, Jessie Quick, and the Challengers of the Unknown fight D'arken, a fallen god imprisoned under the JSA's adopted city, Monument Point.

This final issue of the 2007-2011 title concludes with the words "never the end." Amen.

Parson's inks make Ordway's piece more slick and modern even as the characters of the JSA represent a time in the past. It's a high definition view of the battle to kick this story into gear!

The heroes are cool but D'arken is a badass! Great splash by Ordway. Nice one Peter!

So cool to see a little bit of non-War art in the collection, Peter. I'm a bit surprised that nobody has so far mentioned how Simonson-like D'arken's design is!
