Description
Nostalgia pickup. I was big into comics as a child but teenage years hit and got out of for awhile but this is the book that drew me back in.
Side note. You will hang onto your hair and sanity a lot longer if you just nod and say green.

Seedy Times Square seemed way more fun.

What a great issue! With Spidey and Wolvie it's no surprise that this standalone issue drew comic readers of a certain age's interest back into the medium as it did for you. Even without the main characters the art/illustrating on this page is really nice, the throwback NYC images I really enjoy also, even if it's Times Square. congrats!

Psst. Peter is secretly Spider-Man. Don't tell Jonah.

I don't think that debate has ever been resolved.  Tidy Bowl looks blue, then turns green after use.

'You will hang onto your hair and sanity a lot longer if you just nod and say green'

I wish someone had told me this earlier!

This was a favorite book of mine as a kid--in part because the story felt so adult; some heavy, challenging stuff.  Love how this page grounds the story in such a rich, populated real-world setting.  That's what Marvel was all about--feels like we've lost that vibe in today's comics; you can hear the carn horns and sounds of the street coming off the page.

A great one-shot comic!  Very cool to get a page from it!

Mark Bright needs to make up his mind.  Panel four says "Pinch" and panel five says "Ponch".  Google says "Pinch".  I say Mark owes you money for screwing things up!!!
