Another installment from the Ostrander/Mandrake run. Continuation from the already posted page 18. Spectre is brushing of his foe while being mocked at the same time. You can tell this is not going to end well for someone, and that someone isn't the Spectre.

I love the use if finger smudging the ink. Mandrakes prints are literally all over this one. He's fucked if he ever commits a crime. Details like that, as in this case, almost never translate to the published page.
