In these pages, Wachter is showing off the confidence that he had gained throughout the run as his art had the serious tone of the classic Mirage series, but for the modern TMNT audience. The layouts and the density of details are like Perez Avengers. It's not something we'd throught we'd ever see in a turtles book.
