Cover artwork featuring Wild Child. Duncan is another artist where I do not recall seeing his work lately. He may have also moved on to animation. I read that he is or was part of the cartoon Ben 10. Anyway, I enjoyed this run of X-Factor in the late 90s. There were quite a number of titles hitting the shelves at this time I really liked.

This was a somewhat easy eBay win. If I recall correctly, there was a minor sniping war right at the end against a known dealer. Back during the era when eBay User IDs displayed. Thanks for creating this artwork Duncan Rouleau and Jaime Mendoza!
