Description
Quiver was the storyline that introduced me to Oliver Queen and made me a lifelong fan. Much like Kevin Smith's daredevil run I was on the edge of my seat for this reboot. Phil Hester's art seemed like a mature evolution of the dc animated universe i grew up with and having black manta along for the ride was pure bliss. I hate seafood!

Love that giant Manta ship all across both pages!  Smith/Hester/Parks were on a mission to save comics during the dark times of the industry.
