DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!15x22" artboard has pen and ink original art for page 8 of Tomb Of Terror #15, published by Harvey, May 1954. While this issue features one of the most infamous pre-Code horror covers ever published, this page is of decidedly tamer content. Page features two "Terror Tricks" as illustrated by Bob Powell (1916-1967), known for his work on Sheena, Queen Of The Jungle as well as for provided the art for the iconic Mars Attacks trading cards in the 1960s. Page features total of eight panels, illustrating two different "Terror Tricks" w/first two panels of each showing the trick w/following two panels featuring slightly related "tricks" to try. Top margin has stamped title as well as inked "Terror" title abbreviation and inked issue/page numbers. Penciled number at lower right. Staple holes at right corners. Artboard has even lt. aging which makes white correctional fluid stand out somewhat, but o/w art remains clean and Exc. Social/Sharing |
