Such a great glow given off from Vader's lightsber as the only light source over the familar look. It's like Italian horror from the 70's and makes Vader look even more demonic.
Ooh I like that Kylo Ren idea!
Such an awesome piece, dell'otto working his magic on black paper again.
I can feel the power of the dark side! A great Vader piece by the master Dell'Otto! congrats.
THAT'S SO BEAUTIFUL!
THAT'S SO BEAUTIFUL!
Sockamagee!
An absolutely -thrilling- piece, Justin! Gadzooks, you'd think by now that I wouldn't be -quite- so astonished by Gabriele's insane ability to use nothing but red and white pencil to carve out and truly capture the feel, weight, and textures of not only the folds of Vader's cloth cloak, but his leather armor, metal helmet, and white-hot laser blade as well... but I am just that: astonished. He's obviously feeling the Force flow here, because this is an amazing display of concept and execution. Just... wow. It's also nice to see the Dark Lord of the Sith be given the "blackpaper" treatment that Gabriele usually reserves for Spiders and Symbiotes! :) So fitting and perfect. TITANIC pick up, Justin! Impressive. MOST impressive. Congrats!
Thanks for the kind words!
