DescriptionThis was the first commission I arranged at Baltimore Comic Con, and I had the pleasure of working with Nir. I gave him three character options to choose from, and he selected Thanos—interpreting the character in his own unique style. For the pose, Nir drew inspiration from the Statua di Giulio Cesare in Rome, which brought a sense of classical power and gravitas to the piece.Nir’s use of negative space, intricate line work, and remarkable attention to detail is truly breathtaking. As an added bonus, he incorporated subtle Easter eggs into the sword design—an unexpected and delightful touch that elevated the entire piece. I’m hopeful this is just the beginning, and I look forward to adding more of Nir’s incredible work to my collection in the future. Social/Sharing |
