Description

John Romita Jr and Al Williamson

An Ann Nocenti story where an already badly injured Daredevil fights demons in Hell's Kitchen. He even hops on a demon F-Train to Hell or Limbo? It's been a while. This was a pretty interesting/strange issue. The title and issue box are on a partial overlay that goes about 1/2 way down the board. The tie-in logo to the X-Men's Inferno event looks pretty cool here too.

I really enjoyed this Daredevil run from the late 80s. It really took off for me at issue 250 when Bullet hit the scene with John Romita Jr's fantastic artwork. I was fortunate to add this artwork to my collection.

Great Inferno tie in! Already a great duo with JRJR, Williamson's inks lended more gravitas when there was a need to bring a bigger scope to the story. This cover brings a huge hellscape that plays right into Matt Murdock's religious beliefs.
