Description
It’s Christmastime again! ANGELS ABOUND!! :)

Day two: Another tree-topping, tinsel-worthy angel sighting in the form of a page from Phil Foglio’s 1991 ‘Angel and the Ape’ miniseries… which even features both titulars: Angel and Ape! The angel o’the day… is Angel O’Day.

Although I much prefer his untamed and anarchic Indie stylings, there’s no denying that Keith’s slick inks here lock things down for a Big Two book (which is probably good, considering the amount of visual texture / noise already coming from the overlays).

Pleased as sweet holiday punch to have an example from this series, and I hope angels find you all during your happy holidays, everyone!

It looks like she's actually excited to regain movement in her breasts, but hey, I'll go with whatever Foglio says! A fun page indeed!

Is anyone really looking at her toes in that last panel?  ;-)

I really didn't know that Phil Foglio had drawn Angel and the Ape. This page is a lot of fun, and really fluid.

Foglio brings the Angels and the Apes! And a very nice view...of those toes...yeah...I'm actually kinda jealous she can feel them! ;) - fun page!

I'm just Phil Foglio and everywhere I go
Angel knows the art I'm paying
Apes for every chance, selling sketch romance
Ooh, what they're sayin'

There will come O’Day when you will pass a page
What will they say about Keith?
When Jason comes, I know
Apes are must Phil Foglio
Life goes on with tiddies

Foglio holiday delight, Jason!   What an unassuming titan of multiple industries... his MtG work has more than a cult following, closer to a mass movement!

A fit and RARE example from the series given your love for Foglio's artistic production.

Nice pick up. I have always enjoyed Foglio's art and it is perfect for the humerous duo of Angel and the Ape!

Cool page! Phil's work for DC Comics in the 90s was great stuff!
