Description
My favorite part of any comic con is the artist alley. While it is rewarding to get a commission from someone who has worked on one of my favorite covers or comics, there is nothing like walking past an artist whom I've never seen before and finding yourself captivated by their style.

Coleton was one of those artists who caught my eye at Baltimore ComicCon. His work reminds me a bit of earlier Andrew MacLean Headlopper. He has a great way of working with shading in his black and white.

When I showed him some of my previous pieces, he exclaimed "Wait, did you have Anderson Carman draw you a Rhino at C2E2?" It was cool to have my collection be recognized! Coleton wanted to show-off to some of his colleagues, and I think he succeeded.

Here, Rhino is like a bowling ball rolling off the page. And he even included a Daily Bugle in the corner!

Completed at Baltimore ComicCon 2025.

Drawn int he manner of Too Much Coffee Man!  Great top heavy Rhino with the big jowl chins!  He looks like if Bob Newhart took on the role.
