Description

Taking the form of Tesla, Lady Druj lures a befuddled Kurjak into Jerome Sombre's workshop:

"Tesla! Thank goodness. Am I lost or...?"

"You know the powers of our enemies, Kurjak."

"In our reality, these places look different. Did Nergal alter them? Without Harlan, we can't see through his eyes." (Kurjak is concerned that the illusion powers of a Master of Night are in play. Harlan can see through such illusions, as can anyone touching him.)

"There's no need. He's not here, and I know where they're keeping Hanneke... in there."

"An old shop?"

"Relax. I'll go ahead of you, soldier boy. I already know the way, and I'll protect you. Besides, I can see much better in the dark than you."

"Hey, it's really pitch black in here. Are you sure that..." (SLAM) "The door closed! Tesla...!"

"I'll make a light for you, my love."

"Wha..?"

"Just a moment..." (Tesla/Druj slips out of her clothes.)

"Hey! You're gorgeous, but this doesn't seem like the right time to..."

(Druj reveals herself.) "You're wrong, soldier. It's always the right time."

Really cool how he fumbles in the dark and it's just enough candle lighting to becomes a tease like reveal!

Kurjak should have known this was a fake Tesla!
