Do you think it's the paintings or the frames themselves that allow for the portals? Another show stopper of a sequence!
These are pretty creepy, even by the standards of your recent postings. Love the panel where the guy phases out of the painting.
I don't know how you can stand it, Robert. With art this good, to have the sheer quantity that you do, it has to be overwhelming to flip through it all. I know I'd struggle with the desire to want to pore over each page, panel by panel, slowly, while at the same time fighting the strong urge to move ahead and flip the pages quickly just so I can see what else is coming next!
Yes, it's the kind of work that you read once for the story and then go back to savor the details. Like a good movie or album. In fact, the Italians call an individual comic book issue an "album," which I guess refers to the white paper.
damn, you got so many of these awesome pages, i look forward to seeing these at oax27, if you bring, congrats on these
After viewing pg.38 panel 6, I can only wonder how killer a Cloak & Dagger tale drawn by Cropera would be!?
Perhaps Tess can convince Sonderling to hit the European comic festival circuit this summer!!!
Or maybe OAX 2027!
