Tess O'Day (should we call her T3sla?) avoids discussion about the price she has paid to free Kurjak:

“Samael gave you a great gift. What does he expect in exchange?”

“Come on, Nik. Can't you guess?”

“Your slavery? I get that you made him promises under duress. But promises can be broken.”

“Not a pact like this, Harlan.”

“Why not? You owe that demon no respect. Unless…”

“Unless it's what I really desire? You yourself know how hard it can be to resist the allure of evil.”

(Kurjak) “That's only one of our problems. Tesla's real body is a prisoner in Hell, but we will fight to get it back.”

“Emil! You're wonderful! But, with all you've suffered, you can't even think of fighting against the princes of hell!”

“Why not? I have a little less blood, but much, much more anger. In this gallery, there is a painting that represents the infernal city of Eblis. When you cross that passage, I will come with you and punch that two-bit seducer in the face! Anybody wants to help me, I certainly won't object.”

(Harlan) “Do you think I'd let you go alone, little brother?”

(Nikolaus) “One moment. Take it easy. Simmer down. Face Samael and the other princes of hell? Those guys are no joke.”

“Any advice for us, Nik? We're not expecting you to fight against your own kind, but…”

“Let’s reflect… Samael's behavior is ambiguous, as always. Perhaps we have some room to maneuver.”

“But we can't count on Caleb, and time is running out. Don't forget that Hanneke is also in grave danger!”

(Kurjak) “Well then! It's time to put Tesla's plan into practice. Do you have a lighter, Harlan?”

“Here.”

“If Sonderling doesn't show us how to fix this mess he's made, I'll set fire to the canvas he's trapped in.”
