Description

Hawkman and Hawkwoman soar through the clouds in this electrifying cover that first seems majestic, then reveals a deadly dance of evasion as they dodge searing laser fire from Thanagarian warcraft, an aerial clash in the midst of the "Shadow War" saga. Riding the momentum of the preceding miniseries and special, this ongoing revival marked the winged warriors' triumphant return to their own title after more than a decade, their last solo flight having ended in 1969.
