DescriptionAn underrated gem from the mid 90s was Adam Pollina run on X-Force … right after the fall of the golden age of Comics.. Pollina was probably the last “superstar” artist of the time. His style was so unique.. his redesigns of the xforce team and look was so refreshing. When I had the opportunity to pick up this cover I made it happen. When I was hemming and hawing about spending the money I went down memory lane and took a look at all of Pollinas covers again. And this to me was one of my favorites. Not action packed but great renditions of three of the main characters at the time .. Shatterstar Boomer and Syren . The textured background and shadows from the characters work very well… and even a lot zip! Morales worked so well over Adam.. and speaking to Mark about it.. apparently they were roommates at the time so the collaboration was lock step!Social/Sharing |

Wow! Cool cover to add to your collection, when I saw it was yours that was a surprise. Great artist addition.

It's a fun thematic cover where you can tell Pollina was designing this for the D&D crowd using the knight, the child, and the princess type in a castle setting.

Hemming and Hawwing aside it is a pretty sweet cover by Pollina and a great 90s X-Force addition for your collection! congrats dude

you are 100% right this run is certain a hidden gem of X-Force, I think Adam had a fantastic rendition of the team and this cover was one of the ones I also liked alot - congrats on the win!

Pollina brought me back to X-Force at a time when the X-books weren't exactly at the top of my reading list. This cover is a fabulous add to your already awesome collection!

Very Nice! Love Pollina, love the depth he gives to his work.The trade dress really adds to this too. Congrats
