I’ve been after a Tim Sale Spiderman piece for awhile and I really regretted passing on a piece because I was short on funds at the time.
Luckily, after scouring CAF, I came across this piece and the owner agreed to my offer and shipped it promptly and safely to me.
So thankful to finally have a Tim Spidey in my collection! Also cool to see a vintage piece where he’s figuring Spiderman out and is pre Spiderman Blue.

1997 is a great time to get Tim Sale art. This is The Long Halloween era and we had not fully grasped that it would be such a classic yet. Still very approachable at conventions and able to take his time on drawings like this.
