Comic creator James Coats produces the self-published, Kirby-esque cosmic comic series �Galaxy Gods.� Each 44-page issue is in the style of the Silver Age classics. Coats describes his style as compressing Jack Kirby's "kinetic punch" and "Saturday-morning cartoon adventure" into an energetic and visually striking form.

Coats made some original art pages from issue 1 & 2, as well as some character commissions, available during the 2025 Kickstarter that released issue 2.

This character is Achilles, Godling in Training with unlimited potential.
