I really loved this run of Titans, so really happy to get this cover especially with a close up of Donna so prominent on the page (Although she and the rest of the team have seen happier days on this one), also a bonus for being my first piece of Kitson art.

The scene depicted in this cover shows the Titans team (Donna, Nightwing, Arsenal, Argent, Jesse Quick, and Tempest) in a hospital/lab room, where a boy, Kevin Tanaka, is lying on a table. The picture is a good summary of the really tragic story that happens in this and the following issue. Although this particular scene doesn't really happen, it's more of a combination of two scenes from this issue and the next issue, I still think its a really impactful image. Although Donna is at the fore-front, I like how Argent is more of the "center" of the image, as this storyline more revolves around and impacts her the most of anyone on the team.

From my understanding, Barry usually did a lot of his published art from around this time as inks over printed roughs/prelims which can vary from rough marker prelims to some really detailed pencils, not sure what else exists out there for this one, but if anyone has any pencils/roughs/prelims for this cover please let me know!
