That broken left pinky is inspired.  And how he seems to have worked the hat's underbrim, edited out some extra shading, keeping it starker, simpler, more impactful.  Awesome!

This came out in 1992 at the height of Batmania with Batman Returns and BTAS!  People might have dismissed art featuring just villains, but Breyfogle's art was there to make them shine as if they carried real menace with their psychological disorders that were a partial mirror to Bruce Wayne's own issues.

You never cease to amaze me with your acquisitions. My earliest exposure to the Batman comics were from Norm's run and the Scarface issues. This one is just so awesome! And I rarely use that word. I LOVE final page reveals like these and leave you with a cliff hanger. like in your face splashes. Congrats!! P.S. Can I have it? LOL
