DescriptionThere’s a handful of Nightcrawler sketches by Byrne from this vintage, and they’re all pretty cool. Only, I love this one that much more cause it’s here! I find it very much on par with the Nightcrawler pencil sketch from The Art of John Byrne, Vol. 1 (yep, I couldn’t escape mentioning it yet again!). Also, I’d like to give some props to the colorists I’ve added here, really enjoying their work!Art from 1979 (attached to large black board) - 11x14. Social/Sharing |

Perfect Nightcrawler! I love Rich Seeto's colors. They give it a vintage comic feel!

Great era when he was sketching for fans and being so creative with the poses! Especially true for a character like Nightcraler that only looks right when creepily crawling around.
