Description
Happy Deadman glides through the slanted cityscape as only Garcia-Lopez could choreograph with our weightless main characters breaking through panels to really give the feeling of flight. You can really get a good sense of the emotional connection between our main characters, hopefully nothing bad happens. The soft inks of Rubenstein enhances the pencils and takes nothing away from what the penciller is working to convey.

I love Deadman and José Luis García-López and happy to add this keeper.

"Hopefully nothing bad happens" is the comment of the day. I mean, does 'Limited Series' imply 'Limited Lifespan' for supporting characters? Falling from 4 or 5 stories up - what could go wrong? The sense of space is immaculate, and the ambitious angle for the middle tier is superb. Great page by Garcia-Lopez!

Love that background architecture. The POV really lends itself to movement and magic. Congrats!

The flow of the action is so graceful!  Being it's Boston Brand, they fly through the air with the greatest of ease!

Really like the flying floaty element as you move from panel to panel.  And Deadman's such a fun character...artists can really do their unique takes on him.  Congrats!
