Blow Me Down! So This Is The Boss!

New York......"Popeye", the famous character of the comic strip, is tickled to meet his boss, E.C. Segar, who arrived in New York today. Popeye is portrayed by Harry F. Welch who takes the part of the astonishing sailor on the stage and screen.
