The published comic credits Alan Grant as the writer, Brian Stelfreeze for "storytelling" and Rick Burchett as "artist." The DC database credits Brian Stelfreeze as the penciler and Rick Burchett as the inker. Perhaps Stelfreeze and Burchett shared art duties in terms of layouts and finishes and combined their efforts throughout. I'm not exactly sure what percentage of Stelfreeze or Burchett is on this Page, but it's a great example of a moody Batman page from the mid '90s.
