This was a fun one-shot with an all star list of creators, and I'm really fortunate to have this great page by THE Dave Gibbons!  I've had this for many years, and glad to be finally posting.

The mischievous imps - Mr. Mxyzptlk and the Bat-Mite - have a little tactless fun with their buddies Batman and Superman.

It begins with a Superman and Batman adventure in the style of their classic Silver Age stories in World's Finest Comics, with their superheroic activities interrupted by their pesky mystical opponents, Mr. Mxyzptlk and Bat-Mite. But the comedy turns very dark as the imps accidentally kill our heroes in a saga that takes them on a destructive rampage through nearly every universe DC has presented.

Alex Ross paints the realistically rendered world of Kingdom Come. Frank Miller says knighty-knight to the world of The Dark Knight Returns. Dave Gibbons shreds the Silver Age of Comics. Jaime Hernandez tests the limits of the power of Shazam. And that's just the beginning.
