Agreed - thanks for making the effort to scan the back. Those Buscema studies are always worth looking at. And this is a really nice page. A great action pose at the start, and a wonderful Olympian scene at the end!
Wow! Stunning page by John Buscema! To me, John was one of the best Marvel artists when it came to portraying mystical realms like Asgard and Olympus. He was unsurpassed at drawing strong, muscular men and gorgeous women--which is what one expects to see in the kingdoms of the Gods. This page is a delightful example of Big John's talent. Fabulous pick-up, congrats!
