Siryn by Emanuela Lupacchino

Siryn from X-Men (or X-related books) by Emanuela Lupacchino. This was an oddity to say the least.  I found this at Baltimore Comic Con 2025.  I had been done with the artists, writers, and art dealers and was just walking around flipping through long boxes.  I was at one booth flipping through back issues and I looked up and sitting on the booth’s wall was this Siryn.  Preframed and for a great price. Whoever had sold this to the shop that was reselling it had obviously cared enough to get a custom frame.  It is still in that frame, it would be a pain to remove it because it is a custom job even despite the frame having a bad knick.  As far as the artist, I am a fan of Emanuela and this is not the first piece I have of hers.  Her style originally looked a lot more like Terry Dodson’s.  In fact at one point I had a hard time distinguishing between the two when their art was digitally colored for published work.  Without digitally coloring her art is very distinct.
