Wow, really nice quality watercolors illustration! I really dig the style. New to this artist name as well, looking forward to seeing more from them pop up.

Extra skull background is so European sophistication!  The purple is a nice touch to remind us of that Witchblade 1 cover by Turner.

Not what I would have expected for Witchblade (this reminds me more of Poison Ivy with the red hair), but it's a pretty cool image with a unique style.  Congrats on a successful mystery sketch!

It looks and feels like he took all the paints in his arsenal and just slapped them down onto the page and they knew exactly where to land. I see what you mean about this not having anything to do with Turner's Witchblade, but I think it ultimately turned out to be a very successful mystery!

Beautiful and detailed painted "sketch". If you want to see the reference to Michael Turner, look at the cover for issue #17. 

The strong, craggy textures of this piece seem to leave the figure embedded in the spooky scene - a part of the gothic landscape rather than passing through it. Great colours.
