14.5x23" artboard features pen and ink original art by Warren Kremer (1921-2003) w/inks by Jon D'Agostino (1929-2010) for page 27 of Star Wars: Ewoks #3, published by Marvel Comics (as part of their Star Comics line) Sept. 1985. Page features six panels, showing Wicket and Teebo flying gliders to rescue Kneesaa, only to be intercepted by a flying Devil Beast. This is part of "Flight To Danger: Part 3 - 'In The Den Of The Quorks'." Wicket and Teebo both appear in all but one panel while Kneesaa appears in four panels. Top margin has large "Ewoks" inkstamp title w/smaller inked "Ewoks" name and issue/page numbers. Upper let corner has handwritten pencil note regarding size of gliders. This has been crossed out in pencil. Back has Marvel copyright stamp. Some scattered lt. dust soiling to artboard, but o/w art remains clean and Exc.
