Description

Another page of the team in action facing off against Doombots.  I couldn't pass this one up and to have it be consecutive to my other page was just the icing on the cake.

Loved this part of Byrne's run. The characterization of Doom and his relationship to the people of Latveria was something that hadn't been explored as well in the past.  Plus, I think John really got the Thing just right.  I think he had Ben's wording right as well as the others and his portrayal of the "rocky" thing was perfect.  I felt that some other artists rounded the Thing off too much.

Sue is invisible so it's an extra special page with all 4 in action! Really cool.

Byrne was dropping these widescreen pure cinema panels before they became the rage!  Every shot has action and depth!

Great one Ron! This is such an amazing issue. I think one the top issues from Byrne's FF run.

Three horizontal Byrne panels of the FF in action! I particularly like the top and bottom panels. Reed stretching in charge with the Thing. Love how Bryne drew the pavement buckling with the Doombot about to fall off it!
