This is the original production art for Page 14 from Spider-Man: House of M #1 (2005).
The page features crisp pencils by Salvador Larroca and tight, clean inks by Danny Miki (complete with the original "Crime Lab Studios" sticker attached to the top right of the production board).
The scene takes place within the alternate, mutant-dominated reality of the House of M event, where Peter Parker lives a life of global celebrity. This page is particularly special as it features prominent, detailed close-up panels of Gwen Stacy (who is alive and married to Peter in this universe) alongside a very distinctively styled Norman Osborn.
The top production border is fully intact and marked with the editorial shorthand "SPIDER-MAN 'M'" for Issue #1, Story Page 14. An exceptional piece of modern Spidey-verse history!
