Great page from the classic 1st issue of the 2nd (and very long running) SF opera by The Dude and The Baron! An amazing gem featuring all you can ask: SF stuff and the main characters ! Huge congrats !

Or perhaps you had a dip in the fountain of youth? There are many possibilities. Reveal your secrets, immortal one. Are you related to the elder gods? If so, what is Cthulhu like and did you whisper weird tales into Lovecrafts ear as he slept? What are shoggoths like as pets? Did I mention that I like Steve Rudes art?

Rude made this first page extra special with design work that bent the rules and showed that Nexus wasn't going to be a typical sci-fi cash in. The advanced artwork was cutting edge and goes beyond the pale in every way possible.

Although, for whatever reason, I never fully got into Nexus, the art was exceptional. Rude always struck me as a modern-day Russ Manning.
