This was a great comic,  Adam did some his best interior work on this one.

Fantastic! I love Adam's work on interiors and there are so many great instances of his unerring likenessess. Karl Story also did a super job with the finish. Thanks for sharing!

One of my favorite works by Adam! I used to own 2 great pages from this story that I wish I still had. Great page, congrats, it's a keeper!

Hughes early work - this was a real love letter to the content and a mix of hitting the likenessess very well and creating some great dynamic layouts with heavy use of blacks... this page is a great example of that. I always wanted one of these, i kinda think this is where Adam transitioned in his early work to really showing what he could mixing draftsmanship and story. Jla did it too, but not with the same reverence and love.

That's like one of the most ideal Trek pages you could get from Hughes. The Trek trinity, plus Scotty and a Klingon ship!

As a lifelong Star Trek fan myself, I was so excited when this came out only to realize that I didn't have the money for a hardcover graphic novel at the time.  It wasn't until a few years later that I picked up a copy, but it was worth the wait.  Claremont, Hughes and Story were a dynamite combination.  Maureen has great taste in art!
