This is a fantastic origin piece of Joshua Clay AKA Tempest! Im the lucky owner of the origin of Celsius piece. I love the art by Byrne here- nice and rich. Original all Joshua Clay could do was force blasts of solar energy. Then her was able to generate a kind of blast that allowed limited flight and a whirlwind kind of blast. Gradually he was seen to have a powerblast and flight only. I always like it when the writers allow interesting twists on powers. At anyrate- I wish I owned this art. immortal-celsius@hotmail.com
