Description

The first of the double page spreads of the adaptation, I unfortunately drew it on two seperate sheets. Still in the Victorian London setting, these pages depict Nana franticly breaking her chain to warn the Darling parents who are attending a party down the street. The parents rush back the nursery.... " too late..... the little birds had flown." Copyright Craig Hamilton

it takes me back to the childrens illustrated novels from the early 1900's. this really competes with kay nielsen, maxfield parrish, arthur rackham, etc. i am in awe. It is great to see that true illustration still lives. brilliant job, and sign me up for a copy of the book.

I love your pencils then your inkted work but sadly it is your paintings that do not work for me.
Funny the same goes for Frank Frazetta.
So if you make the book please lots of pencils.
